The end of an era…
I’m working on shutting down my colo server this week. I’ve been running this server and others like it since EfNet IRC war and hell days. It was early 1997 when I took the reigns of the.mafia and began running dual servers in a world of excitement. We pulled our weight with the best of the best back then. Changing over to x-mafia and starting the crimelords server was a new splinter in life. We turned more towards protecting channels and offering mob like protection Continue reading
So I changed up hosting and this is a temp check.
Why the 2nd amendment is important:
We migrated to the United States to escape oppressive totalitarian government.
The concept behind the United States is that the centralized federal government has limited power over the people (as opposed to the dictatorships from which we came)
The Second Amendment states that in order to maintain a free state, the people must retain the right to keep and bear arms. The presence of armed citizens is what keeps the government “honest”. No government would be foolish enough to impose a dictatorship on people who have the ability to resist.
The Second Amendment does not grant us this right. This right already existed. The Second Amendment merely prevents the government from infringing on it.
This is a guide for decoding VIN numbers on vintage Vespa scooters. If you are not sure how this works, find the VIN on the frame of your scooter. It is most likely on the frame under the engine side cowl. Let’s say that the VIN reads VLB1T109500. You can see that a VLB1T is a 150 Sprint and the numbers tell you it is a 1970.

So this is a holding space where I will talk about my vacation.
So hell hath no fury like a vespa clutch cable kinked? HA – well, everyone that has googled how to replace a clutch cable can tell ya that replacing a clutch cable is SOOO simple. News flash…NOT ALWAYS, but with a little thought and patience it really can work. So I busted a cable about 6 – 8 inches in from the top clutch lever. No biggie right? Just pull Continue reading
So ever since I got into offroading – I’ve had this dream of running big ass one-ton Ford axles under my lil ol’ Jeep. So a few years ago I found the EXACT 1979 Ford f250 Snow Plow edition truck I had been looking for. These are the holy grail of axles to Jeepers and all I had to do was drive up near Chicago to get the truck..so I did!
So the Vespa is running like a top, so what’s the first thing you do when it’s all good…? You mess with it!
So this day gets a Sito Plus exhaust. This was a semi easy install. The fit was about 1/4″ off though so I really had to push and pull on the bike to get it to bolt directly in. Word to the wise, Have two people around when doing this. I pulled the bike right down on top of myself while I was Continue reading
So today I had a flat to fix on the vespa. Apparently I ran over 3 very small needle bearings like you would find in a ujoint cap. So I dropped a floor jack under the back fender and got to work. Actually found it much easier to lay the vespa on the motor side in the grass, but I had just filled the tank full of gas and figured that was a bad idea. Remove the Continue reading
