Well, I knew it had to be a sign of something. I wasn’t quiet sure until today. I too, fell on the bandwagon of being happy to see warmer weather, but honestly…I’m not. Actually, when dressed in layers and proper like – I was never really that cold. It was pretty nice! So what has me complaining today?

Employee Parking.

For the last 2 weeks, I have been one of the only people out of thousands coming into my downtown office. This means that I got the best parking spot in the entire parking garage every day. Plus, I didn’t I have to get up at 5am to get that spot. I could drift in around 8:30/9am and still have one of the best spots ever! Today..8am…back to the grind. All the good spots were taken. I did get a semi-good spot, but it was a tight fit between a big ass truck and a little freakin smArt car thingy. Do huh???

So yeah, that leads me to my next trek..Slow drivers…and even slower freakin walkers!! What the hell people..a dry sidewalk I say! Walk with vigor…it’s freakin cold as hell outside and you are being cautious? Come on!!?! It’s people in general that are now just pissing me off. I get stuck behind scared morons on my drive to and from work. Then I get stuck behind them on the small narrow walking path on the sidewalk. Then going up the escalators, then you have to join an elevator and ride 34 floors up with most of them. They make noises, grunt, wheeze, slurp their hot coffee. OH MY GOD let me off!

Absolutely ridiculous! Give me the 20+ inches of snow and 0 degree temps any time…I don’t need all of these people around me!! Guess that’s my queue it’s time to move out to the country (and make a lot of peaches). Sorry, music lyrics pop out of my head non stop and I’ve decided to start sharing them.
