So here I am at work…just reading along on some stuff and out of nowhere I get a meeting request..RIGHT NOW.  And this isn’t just some random meeting – it’s with directors and heavy guns asking about “What do you know about X technology” and “We need this tomorrow”.  Oh man, I hate these knee jerk things.

So..VDI..heard of it? Yeah, me too…seen it in test and dev…ever ran it in production? no..How about from Milan and India across an MPLS cloud with 3rd party Vendors and throw in the mix Citrix for the bulk load of system changes…VDI for a managed client into the infrastructure.  Site to Site vpn during the first 3-4 months of setup until the MPLS is ready.  “Do you bless this from a security perspective?”

HUH?! What the…..wow..slow down.  You need who to get to where and when?  What for and why?…and you want me to bless your how!?
